Echo Tuner is a digital marketing agency that specializes in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). GEO is the work of making a business easy for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok to find, describe accurately and recommend when customers ask them for help. It is like SEO, but for the answers AI writes rather than a list of links.
Why we exist
Customers now ask AI. Most businesses don't know what it says.
AI assistants now answer the questions customers used to type into a search engine — and they answer with a short list of businesses, not a page of links. Most owners have never seen what those answers say about them, and much of the advice about changing them is guesswork.
We started Echo Tuner to replace the guesswork with measurement: ask the questions your customers ask, record exactly what each AI model says and why, fix what is missing, and show you what changed.
What we stand for
Five commitments we don't bend.
- Evidence for every finding. Each recommendation links to the customer question, the page passage and the AI answers behind it.
- Your facts, approved by you. We never invent claims to fill a gap. Prices, credentials and terms come from you, and you approve every change before it goes live.
- Measured per AI model. Results are reported for each AI model and each kind of question, with unknowns shown as unknown — never blended into one flattering number.
- Always genuine. Reviews come from real customers and coverage is earned. We never write, buy or fake reviews, mentions or endorsements.
- No promises we can't keep. No one can guarantee what an AI model will say. We commit to the work, the evidence and an honest report — including results that are flat or worse.
How we're built
Our own software, checked by people.
We built our own GEO assessment platform. It collects your pages, builds the question panel, asks the AI models and keeps a full history, so any finding can be checked later. Software does the collecting and counting; people review the findings, confirm facts with you and decide what to recommend.
