Audit & Plan costs $2,500 once, and is included with any monitoring — or you can skip it. Monitoring is priced per check: Standard (provider level) $2,500 a check and Deep (model level) $4,000 a check, each run monthly, quarterly or not at all. Reputation & Reach services cost $500 a month each. Website Fixes are included when your own web developer makes them, and quoted when we make them.

Our example plans range from $2,500 once (Just the Audit) to $6,000 a month plus quoted website work (Max).

Each check tests hundreds of the questions your customers ask, from simple to detailed and complex, and reports how often your business appears at each depth of question and the tone AI uses when it talks about you.

Standard monitoring works at the provider level: we ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok your customers' questions, using each one's everyday model — the balance of speed and quality most people use most of the time.

Deep monitoring works at the model level: every current model people can use in those assistants — 19, including their fast, advanced, free and paid models. Each model is built and tuned differently, so two models from the same provider can say different things about your business. A Deep check includes the Standard check.

A Deep check covers everything a Standard check does, so in a month when both are due you pay only for the Deep check ($4,000).

Yes. Audit & Plan on its own costs $2,500 once.

For monitoring only, choose “No audit & plan” and the monitoring you want — from $2,500 a quarter (Standard, quarterly). If you take monitoring, the audit is included at no extra cost, so you can keep it even if you don't plan to change your website yet.

No long-term contract. Monthly items are billed every month and quarterly items every three months, from the day you start. The audit on its own is billed once, and website work we do for you is quoted and invoiced separately.

Cancel anytime from your portal's Plan tab: cancelling immediately stops any further charges, and each service you have already paid for stays active until the end of the period it was paid for.

Website Fixes follow the step-by-step plan, so they need the Audit & Plan. If your own web developer makes the changes, they are included: the plan is written for them to follow.
