What do minimal changes include?
- Clear facts on each offering's page — how it is priced, what is included, who it suits, where you work and how to start.
- Question-and-answer sections that answer your customers' questions in plain words, the answer first.
- Structured data (schema.org) for your business, services and FAQs, validated and matching what each page says.
- Consistent business details — the same name, address, phone and hours everywhere on your site.
- Headings and internal links fixed so each page clearly says what it covers.
- An llms.txt file if you want one — a short summary of your site for AI tools. It is optional and low priority: no AI provider has confirmed it changes recommendations.

How are minimal changes made?
- The plan lists each changeEvery change is written against the page it belongs on, in priority order, with the evidence behind it.
- You confirm the factsNothing about your business is published until you have confirmed it is true.
- The changes are madeBy your web developer, at no extra cost from us, or by Echo Tuner for a quoted price.
- The changes are checkedWhen we make them, we record each page before changing it and re-check it once it is live. With monitoring, every check re-reads your pages and closes finished items.
When are minimal changes enough?
Most businesses. Minimal changes are enough when your site is sound and the gaps are missing facts rather than missing pages.
- Your main products or services each have a page.
- Your site is readable without logins or heavy scripts.
- You want results without a redesign.
Not the right fit if: Key offerings have no page at all, or your site is hard for AI to read — consider a GEO-optimized rebuild.

Questions about Minimal changes
Will my website look different?
No. Minimal changes add facts, question-and-answer sections and structured data to the pages you already have; your design stays the same.
Do I need the Audit & Plan?
Yes. The changes come from the plan, which says exactly what to change on which page and why.
Do I need an llms.txt file?
It is optional. It costs little to add, but Google states that its search systems do not use it, and no AI provider has confirmed that it changes recommendations. More about llms.txt.
