Reputation & Reach

Reviews: genuine reviews that AI can read

We prompt every customer to leave a review — with simple questions that bring out the details AI assistants read and repeat.

In short

Reviews is a $500-a-month service. We prompt every customer to leave a review with simple questions — what you did for them, where, and how it went — so each review carries the specific details AI assistants read and repeat. Reviews are always in the customer's own words: we never write, buy or filter reviews, following the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and Google's review policies.

What does the Reviews service include?

  • A review request for every customer, with a direct link to where you want reviews.
  • Simple prompts — what you did for them, where, and how it went — so reviews mention your services, places and results, not just stars.
  • Replies to reviews drafted for you to approve, positive and negative alike.
  • Tracking of new reviews and how AI assistants describe your reputation.

What we never do

  • Write, buy or invent reviews — the FTC rule bans fake reviews, including AI-written ones.
  • Offer discounts or gifts for reviews — Google prohibits incentives.
  • Ask only happy customers, or discourage negative reviews — Google prohibits both.
  • Post reviews from you, your staff or your family.

How reviews reach AI answers

  1. What others say about you

  2. AI assistants read it

When they answer a customer's question, they look beyond your website for independent evidence — and repeat the details they find.

  3. What customers hear

    • Your business named
    • Your details correct
    • Recommended for specific needs
Each Reputation & Reach service adds a different kind of third-party evidence. Nothing is guaranteed; every check shows what changed.

How does it work?

  1. We set up your requestsWhere to send customers, and when to ask — usually right after the work is done.
  2. Every customer is askedWith a short message and simple questions that make a useful review easy to write.
  3. Replies are drafted for youYou approve each reply; we never argue with customers.
  4. We track the resultsNew reviews, and how AI assistants describe your reputation in each monitoring check.

Who is the Reviews service for?

Any business with customers who can review it — especially local businesses, where reviews also help local search.

  • You do good work but few customers leave reviews.
  • Your reviews say “great service” but never what you did.
  • You compete locally, where Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help.

How much does the Reviews service cost?

$500 a month, with no setup fee and no long-term contract.

Questions about Reviews

Do you guarantee positive reviews?

No. Every customer is asked, and every review is in the customer's own words. Good work produces good reviews; we make it easy for customers to say so in detail.

Can we offer a discount for a review?

No. Google prohibits offering incentives for reviews, and the FTC rule bans paying for reviews that have to be positive or negative.

Why do detailed reviews matter for AI?

AI assistants answer from what they can read. A review that says what was done, where and how it went gives them specific, independent evidence they can repeat; “great service” gives them little.
